Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

For Raiffeisenbank Bern, a successful and locally focused bank with branches at Waisenhausplatz and in Muri b. Bern, we are looking for a committed, sales- and service-oriented personality as a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) 60%.

• Comprehensive advice and support for customers in the basic products "Paying, Saving, Investing, Pension Planning"
• Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the team customer portfolio as well as acquisition of new customers
• Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the individual wishes, goals, and life situations of the customers
• Participation in market development measures such as contact campaigns and/or events
• Management of cash deposit and withdrawal devices

• Completed banking training
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Sales flair and a likeable, winning appearance
• Enjoyment of proactive customer contact with a strong customer orientation
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage
