Your tasks
- You independently instruct and review project approval decisions for road and water construction projects.
- As a legal expert, you support the Traffic and Infrastructure Office with legal questions and provide competent and targeted advice.
- You legally conduct expropriation and appeal procedures and prepare the corresponding decisions clearly, structured, and appropriately for the recipients.
- You thoroughly prepare consultations on federal and cantonal ordinances and actively contribute your legal expertise to legislative projects.
- With precise legal information and clear advice, you support internal departments as well as stakeholders and thus contribute to legally secure decisions.
Your profile
- You have a completed law degree from a university and have already gained some professional experience.
- You have an interest in legal issues in the political and administrative environment as well as the motivation to familiarize yourself with complex topics in the infrastructure and civil engineering sector.
- You work quickly, independently, and responsibly and convince with a quick grasp and high reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as very good communication and advisory skills characterize you.
- Thanks to your confident and precise expression, you communicate complex legal matters clearly and appropriately for the recipients.
