The Engagement & Adoption Expert’s role will be pivotal in connecting the Global Data Platform (GDP) technology with its users and in ensuring the realization of business outcomes. The role will drive awareness, understanding, and effective adoption of GDP’s evolving capabilities.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Ensure transparent communication: deliver clear, timely updates on releases and changes, assess impact, and address user concerns and support needs

Act as the user advocate: bridge business and development teams by representing user perspectives throughout the solution lifecycle

Drive feature adoption: enable regional and functional teams to understand, appreciate, and fully leverage new tools and functionalities

Lead user engagement activities: facilitate workshops, gather structured feedback, and convert insights into tangible enhancements

Identify, assess, and prioritise high-value use cases (ROC permitting)

YOUR PROFILE

A degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related discipline

A strong background in communication or change

A strong ownership mindset and genuine curiosity—not only about how things work, but why they matter

Proven experience in digital product environments (preferably within banking or financial services)

Fluent written and spoken English and German

Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, translating complexity into clarity

Passion for user-centric design, change enablement, and iterative improvement
