Care Assistant AGS or SRK (m/f)

80-100% immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Professional care and support of our residents, taking into account their individual needs and quality of life
• ·Co-designing an individual daily structure and promoting a homely, respectful atmosphere
• Documentation of care services
• Support of the care and support team in daily work

Your profile

• Completed training as a health and social care assistant or care helper SRK (or willingness to complete this)
• Empathetic, team-oriented, and resilient personality with joy in working with elderly people
• Sense of responsibility and motivation to work in a respectful environment
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Professional experience in geriatric long-term care is desirable
