Job Description

Further development of our Swiss market
Management, implementation, and monitoring of strategic measures and projects
Identification and development of locally relevant marketing measures
Support of the marketplace model by generating new local leads
Close collaboration with various departments, e.g., marketing, tech teams, logistics, or customer service
Identification and implementation of measures to improve the customer experience
Management of internal and external service providers and stakeholders
Monitoring of local performance and shop KPIs
Support of the markets team with content analyses, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations

Qualifications

Completed studies in economics or a comparable field
At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion
High motivation as well as a structured and independent working style
Very good analytical skills and commercial understanding
Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
Solution-oriented thinking
Strong communication and cooperation skills
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
