For our construction unit Grabs SG, we are looking for you as our new Foreman Road / Civil Engineering 100% for large construction sites.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring the professional execution of work on site at the construction site
• Ensuring task-related work preparation
• Ensuring the implementation of safety regulations and rules
• Responsibility for reporting: daily and hourly reports
• Planning and coordination of personnel, equipment, and materials according to requirements
• Implementation of specifications regarding quality, deadlines, and environmental protection
• Close cooperation with the responsible construction manager to ensure smooth operations

Why you succeed

• Successful completion of training as a foreman or several years of practical experience in road / civil engineering
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to successfully motivate employees
• Strong flexibility, pronounced team player profile, resilient, and continuously striving for outstanding performance
• Solid knowledge in the use of IT programs
• Good German skills are required, while oral Italian skills are an advantage
