YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE KITCHEN CAPITAL
Leadership and coordination of the service team for household appliances on site as well as by phone
Support of the service technicians
Development and implementation of training for service technicians in the area of technical solutions and
customer communication as well as the establishment and expansion of the HEAG Training Academy
As a role model, you visit our customers with your service vehicle and repair household appliances in the kitchen or laundry room (about 50% of the activity)
Preparation of cost estimates, replacement offers and reports on the assignments
Support and planning in work preparation (AVOR) and handling of complex
service requests and technical support of the internal service
Management and administration of the spare parts warehouse
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE KITCHEN CAPITAL
Many years of professional experience in the technical service area of household appliances, with commercial training
Leadership experience and a good sense for team leadership and motivation
NIV 15 - residence permit or willingness to obtain it
High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Experience with common Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
