The Frohmatt Senior Center is a modern facility offering various living arrangements optimally tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people in need of care, people with dementia, and assist people in assisted living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with service within the house.

The Stollenweid house is the fourth house and also part of Frohmatt. Here live our residents who prefer rural living.

• Professional, holistic basic and treatment care adapted to the residents
• You take responsibility as a relationship person and continuously review the care process
• You maintain contact with the relatives and reference persons of our residents
• Correctly maintaining up-to-date resident documentation according to the WZW formula

• Completed professional training DNII, HF (tertiary level)
• You bring solid professional experience in dementia care or long-term care
• You enjoy implementing our comprehensive and contemporary care and support concepts and are responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating care processes
• You are a responsible, communicative personality who enjoys working independently
• You possess high social competence and an interest in continuous development
• You have knowledge in validation, basal stimulation, and kinaesthetics
• You have very good knowledge of the RAI-NH assessment system and are familiar with EasyDOK
• ICT user skills
