For the Les Tilleuls residence, a 55-bed EMS hosting people suffering from mental disorders,
We are looking for a permanent position at an 80% work rate,
A nursing assistant motivated to work with elderly people suffering from mental disorders.
We offer a pleasant working environment, a personalized training plan, and the conditions of the collective labor agreement for Geneva EMS.
Profile sought
Diploma as Nursing Assistant or considered equivalent.
Minimum one year experience in psycho-geriatrics
Good command of basic written and spoken French
Ability to use computers
Show respect, listening skills, patience, flexibility, and autonomy, be rigorous.
Good team spirit and interpersonal skills.
