The tasks
- Ensure an optimized assessment of the processes related to the tools needed on site
- Coordination with partners on site, logistics partners, and the clients themselves
- Assistance to clients and installers during assembly, including finishing work and warranty inspections
- Quality control of assembly and inspection of the work in collaboration with project managers
- Control and compliance with safety directives according to SUVA specifications and for complaint management on site
- Implementation of SIA standards on construction sites
- Ensure optimal planning of assembly (from main assembly to finishing and additional work) of own assemblers and contract assembly groups within the region from an economic and client-specific perspective
- Timely recognition of difficulties in planning and supraregional optimization of personnel deployment
- Replacement of the regional assembly manager in case of absence
The required profile
- Completed basic training in the construction sector or secondary construction
- Several years of professional experience in product assembly in the construction or secondary construction sector
- First experience in project management or personnel management is an advantage
- Further training in the commercial field is an advantage
- Basic computer skills (especially MS Office)
- Good written and oral expression skills in the corresponding national language
- Good work methodology (self-organization)
- Category B driving license
