Primary nursing

You take over treatment and basic care for people with mental or somatic illnesses and build sustainable, therapeutic relationships with them as part of primary nursing. Your nursing interventions are diverse. Under the guidance and support of the case manager, you practice suitable strategies with the affected individuals to cope with stress or anxiety disorders, for example. Or you support them in basic everyday management and structuring of daily and weekly routines. You measure vital signs, assist with wound care, and support our clients with personal hygiene. Where necessary, you prepare, check, and administer medications according to the prescription of the responsible doctor.

Housekeeping and care

You support our clients with their household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, or shopping. Where necessary, you take over individual tasks completely to provide relief. As part of care, you accompany our clients during leisure activities or keep them company.

Nursing documentation

After your nursing assignment, you report your services and record progress reports based on specific quality criteria in our electronic nursing system. With your thoroughly maintained documentation, you contribute to high-quality care.

You have nursing training (nursing assistant, PH SRK) and are far from tired of learning new things. Your heart beats for working with people, their holistic care, and improving their quality of life. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in basic care as well as in household tasks.

Structured and mobile

You manage to act calmly and thoughtfully even in hectic situations. You can organize yourself well and like to plan your workday independently. You orient yourself to the respective care plans and implement the corresponding measures appropriately. You don't mind being on the move daily. Ideally, you have a category B driver's license and your own car.

Team- and customer-oriented

You enjoy contributing to the operational activities and supporting your team in fulfilling its responsible tasks. Good work results and satisfied clients are important to you. You are open to feedback and willing to make your constructive contribution to a good team culture.
