• Collaboration in facility maintenance at the Neftenbach location and other locations in the economic area of LANDI Weinland
• Care and maintenance of technical systems, especially car wash systems and gas stations
• Independent planning and execution of maintenance and repair work in cooperation with our external partners
• monthly on-call duty including weekend and evening shifts

• Bring professional experience in facility maintenance/caretaking, technology, or comparable tasks
• Possess a category B driving license
• Have basic PC skills
• Have a flair and interest for technical equipment and devices as well as manual skills
