What you can achieve:
As an employee in the "Product Change Management" team, you accompany the products throughout their lifecycle as part of an interdisciplinary team from market launch to discontinuation. You ensure that all changes, whether to the product or its processes, are coordinated in the form of change projects and carried out with high quality.
As a Product Change Specialist in "Product Change Management," you work in a young and dynamic team and are responsible for all Engineering Change Orders in your product portfolio.
Cross-departmental planning and coordination of changes including effectiveness checks (Engineering Change Orders). This includes product expansion, product maintenance, product changes, and process changes
Analysis of the scope of changes and effort estimation (material inventory, production, resources, finances, time, etc.)
Execution and documentation of the change in the ERP system (D365)
Coordination of qualification and testing of the changed product by the respective specialist departments
Preparation and support for the transfer to production
What you bring:
Technical-commercial or business administration training
Experience in coordinating and communicating tasks, pending items, and meetings in a matrix organization
Quality awareness as well as understanding of interconnected processes
Good English and very good German skills, both written and spoken
Experience/knowledge in Microsoft D365 (ERP) is an advantage
Careful and reliable working style as well as independent interdisciplinary work
