You bring with you
- Excellent professional and practical knowledge with at least 2 years of professional experience
- An empathetic and enthusiastic personality
- A high sense of responsibility and reliability
- Enjoyment of being on the move by car or e-bike
- Computer skills
Your tasks
- Taking over case management with responsibility for the entire nursing process
- Active participation in basic and treatment care in rapidly changing, complex care situations
- Assessing and clarifying care and support needs using the interRAI HC assessment tool
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, all involved professional groups, and external institutions
