Maintenance Technician

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and rigorous Maintenance Technician. This permanent position, based in Morat, offers a varied activity in technical maintenance and support for teams operating on highly automated assembly and winding lines. You will work in a team on day shifts (morning/afternoon).

Your tasks:

• Adjustment and optimization of automated production lines
• Diagnosis and resolution of technical breakdowns
• Monitoring and documentation writing intervention reports
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment to ensure their performance
• Continuous improvement of maintenance procedures
• Training and support of technical and production staff
• Ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards on equipment and interventions

Your profile:

• Training as an automation technician (CFC) or polymechanic (CFC), or equivalent
• Proven experience in industry and solid knowledge in mechanics, pneumatics, and electricity
• Team spirit and ability to collaborate with internal departments (production, industrialization, quality)
• Love of challenge and desire to innovate
• Mobility: driving license and residence in the Morat region
• Languages: French required, German and English an asset
