What you achieve:
- Ensuring qualitative and quantitative target achievement based on key figures
- Ensuring efficient team performance and deriving goal-oriented measures
- Submitting optimization proposals and, if necessary, implementing them
- Leading and further developing the 15-member team
- Contact person for complex inquiries from insured persons, service providers, and authorities as well as participation in projects
Why you succeed:
- Medical or commercial basic training
- Further training in social insurance and/or leadership topics
- Extensive expertise in claims processing of a health insurance
- Leadership experience
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is a plus
