For the administration area in Härkingen, we are looking for a qualified and strong leadership personality as part of the succession planning for the position of
Head of Finance & HR (m/f/d) 80 - 100 %
You will take on a key position in our company and contribute to the overall development of the enterprise. You will primarily be responsible for the finance area including controlling and human resources as well as their processes. Additionally, the ICT area can also be taken over. You will lead a team of up to four employees. Together with your team, you will manage the following areas of responsibility.
Your tasks in the area of Finance & Controlling
- Overall responsibility for the finances of two public limited companies
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as reporting to the board of directors and management
- Independent management of accounting
- Preparation of tax returns and VAT statements
- Ongoing liquidity planning and financial controlling
- Development of budget and forecast
- Contact person for banks, insurance companies, authorities, auditors, etc.
- Preparation of calculation bases for cost accounting
- Further development of controlling systems
- Management of administrative tasks
Your tasks in the area of HR
- Leading the HR department
- Overall responsibility for personnel and payroll, including social security accounting and general personnel administration (60 permanent and 250 temporary employees)
- Ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process, including the creation of employment contracts and induction programs
- Evaluation and development of suitable concepts and measures for employee satisfaction and development
Optional addition: Your tasks in the area of ICT
- Leading the ICT department
- Design and further development of the ICT system landscape
- Evaluation and implementation of new software applications
- Support in the digitalization of all company processes
Your profile
- Numbers-oriented personality with solid training in finance (university or university of applied sciences degree) and/or further education in controlling/HR
- Several years of experience in finance and financial controlling, preferably in the service sector or logistics
- Strong hands-on mentality in accounting
- Assertive and team-oriented leadership personality
- Solid MS Office skills and experience with common finance and accounting software
- Positive attitude towards digitalization as an opportunity for company development
- Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
