Engineer in Process and Procedural Technology 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

• Design and calculation of process and thermal engineering parameters of own products and components
• Development and control of plant concepts and system integration of various components of heat generation and waste heat utilization.
• Provision and maintenance of calculation tools
• Provision and verification of process data and technical specifications for supplier offers
• Participation in development projects
• Maintenance of existing products
• Development of measurement concepts including selection of measuring devices and sensors
• Creation of functional descriptions for process engineering products and functions
• Support of the automation department in control concepts and calculation algorithms for control
• Execution and evaluation of measurements on products and systems
• Assistance in maintaining technical documents

• Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar; the position is suitable for career starters
• Very good knowledge in the fields of process engineering, procedural technology, energy technology and thermodynamics (preferably a master's degree in one of these areas)
• Basic knowledge of heat pump technology (compression and absorption)
• Confident handling of MS Office, preferably knowledge of VBA and/or other programming languages and process simulation tools
• Business fluent German and very good English skills; additional foreign language skills are a welcome plus
• Strong analytical skills and technical understanding
• Structured working method and initiative
• Willingness to learn new things and to familiarize yourself with new areas
• Reliability, flexibility and team spirit
