Position: Allrounder (60-100% workload, depending on volume)

Eclipse Bar & Lounge is a dynamic, modern bar and lounge concept in Zurich, offering Asian-inspired, Swiss and International dishes, creative cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. As part of a young and enthusiastic team of gastronomy experts, you'll have the opportunity to actively shape the Eclipse brand and grow in a creative environment. We're looking for a motivated allrounder (m/f/d) who is versatile and supports our team – ideal for someone who enjoys variety!

Your Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment (vacuuming, mopping, checking toilets, bar area, tables, and chairs)
• High-end service for our guests
• Bartending and preparing cocktails
• Assisting in the kitchen with preparations and simple tasks
• Receiving and processing deliveries

Your Profile:

• Fluent in English and German 
• Experience in high-end service
• Practical experience in bartending
• Experience with coffee preparation (e.g., espresso, cappuccino)
• Knowledge of wines (basics of wine recommendations and serving)
