Real Estate Assistant 60-80%
Your main tasks
- Responsible for general secretarial work and telephone service
- Assisting in the preparation of decision-making bases for the city and municipal council
- Assisting with correspondence with authorities, planners, offices, and third parties
- Administration of strategic and operational documents and processes of the municipal real estate portfolio and land transactions
- Administration of agreements, purchase, assignment, easement, building rights, and lease contracts
- Assisting with invoice control and account assignment
- Maintaining and archiving folder filing
- Organizing team events
You bring with you
- Commercial qualification
- Experience in the commercial and construction environment
- Good knowledge of public sector portfolio management is an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken expression, very good German skills
- Winning and team-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative, customer orientation, and communication skills
