The Finance Department in the General Secretariat is responsible for the financial management of the directorate and accounting. It also oversees the area of individual premium reductions (IPV) and acts as the owner for the four cantonal hospitals.
We are looking for an Accounting Specialist, 80 - 90%, to start immediately or by arrangement.

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist, 80 - 90%, to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Ensuring correct bookkeeping of interim and annual financial statements
- Invoicing and monitoring of accounts receivable including dunning and debt collection processes
- Handling of accounts payable workflow including payment runs
- Bookings and reconciliation work in the general and subsidiary ledgers (intercompany)
- Process responsibility for the internal control system (ICS) processes in accounting
- Participation in the optimization and digitization of accounting processes
- Contact person for internal departments on all accounting matters
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training, further education in finance (e.g. professional certificate in finance and accounting)
- Experience in accounting is essential with confident analytical and interconnected thinking
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
- Team- and service-oriented thinking and acting
- IT skills: MS Office, very good Excel knowledge as well as SAP FI/CO
