Your tasks
- Responsibility for all People & Culture (HR) topics in Western Switzerland, including management of the personnel administration team
- Recruitment of specialists and executives in close cooperation with the line including active sourcing
- Consulting, support and assistance of managers and employees in all personnel matters, HR processes as well as labor law issues
- Responsibility for labor law situations applying the collective labor agreement and the Code of Obligations as well as internal processes
- Leading, moderating and accompanying demanding conversations
- Conducting HR-specific training
- Leading and participating in HR projects including mandate takeovers
- Implementation of corporate health management
- Regular and close exchange with People & Culture colleagues in other regions
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably with in-depth labor law knowledge
- Further education as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or comparable training in Human Resources
- Excellent oral and written skills in French and very good knowledge of German
- Analytical, entrepreneurial as well as networked thinking and acting, as well as line and ideally leadership experience
