These are your tasks

As a Facility Management Specialist, you support our caretaker team in the maintenance and cleaning of the town hall and the Kronenwiese school center building.

What we expect from you

For this varied activity, you have completed an apprenticeship as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ and have several years of professional experience in this field. Understanding the care and preservation of the property shapes your work as much as the orientation to the needs of the users. With your enjoyment of dealing with people, you ensure a pleasant atmosphere. Further requirements are good knowledge of the German language in spoken and written form, a category B driving license, and IT skills. You reside in Adliswil or the surrounding area.
