- Monitoring and coordination of all daily operations of the gastronomic outlets: Restaurant Scala, Au Premier, Tonic Lounge-Bar including kitchen.
- Ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service in all departments.
- Optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and productivity in the operation.
- Planning, organizing, and supervising events such as conferences, banquets, and corporate parties, etc.
- Contact person for customer inquiries and bookings in the event area.
- Active sales of rooms/events.
- Monitoring staff scheduling in cooperation with department heads.
- Support with vacation planning/time off, etc.
- Monitoring inventory levels in cooperation with those responsible.
Your profile
- Graduation from a hotel management school or solid professional experience in the hotel/restaurant industry in this or a similar position
- Entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding
- High sense of responsibility, resilience, and reliability
- Leadership experience and assertiveness
- Very high level of quality awareness
- Structured and proactive working style
- Strong communication skills with high social competence and good manners towards guests, superiors, and employees
- Very good oral and written language skills in German and English
- Very good knowledge of common computer programs
- Knowledge of Mirus HR 3.0 personnel administration, Simphony POS system, PMS Opera Cloud, and Aleno reservation system is an advantage
