We are looking for a committed, strong leadership personality for the nursing management who will actively accompany the development and use the changes as an opportunity.
In this role, you take over the leadership and planning of the nursing department at Domicil Wyler and ensure professional care, nursing, and treatment according to the nursing and care concept. You lead around 60 employees and are responsible for three of six nursing teams, including the transitional care unit with its specific nursing mandate. During the transition period due to the renovation of Domicil Baumgarten, you work closely and in partnership with their nursing management. In addition, you actively shape the development in the new building and drive the further development of processes and structures. Ensuring high nursing quality is one of your central tasks, as well as actively participating in the management team and implementing change processes.
