For our site in Ligerz as well as for other interesting tunnel construction projects, we are looking for a new 100% underground foreman.

Tasks

• Ensure the smooth running of work on the site in a professional environment
• Properly prepare the tasks under your responsibility
• Ensure strict application of safety instructions at work
• Prepare daily and working hours reports.
• Organize and coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials according to requirements
• Implement directives concerning quality, deadlines, and environmental preservation
• Work closely with the site manager to ensure smooth operation of activities

You bring

• Successful training as a foreman or several years of practical experience in underground construction
• Proven leadership expertise and demonstrated ability to effectively motivate teams
• Great flexibility, developed team spirit, strong work capacity, and constant pursuit of excellence
• Solid computer skills
• Experience in tunnel surveys and handling theodolites
• Possession of a mining permit of category B or C
• Availability to work on different sites
• Good knowledge of German or French is required, oral knowledge of Italian is an advantage
