- Good IT knowledge; RAI-HC basic course is a plus.

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH Palliative Care & Dementia (40–60 %)
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for care quality:
You ensure professionally sound, individual, and empathetic care – resource-oriented and in close exchange with our clients and their relatives. - Leadership and management of the care process:
You accompany the entire care process, conduct needs assessments using RAI-HC, and contribute to continuous quality assurance. - Interdisciplinary collaboration:
You network with professionals from various disciplines, coordinate cooperation, and actively involve relatives as well as external services. - Further development of care:
Your experiences and ideas are welcome – actively shape our processes.
What you bring:
- Diploma as a nurse HF or FH
- Ideally a specialist training in Palliative Care or Oncology Care (B2)
- Strong professional and social skills, high personal responsibility and independence
- Resilience, flexibility, and an empathetic basic attitude
- Good IT user skills; basic RAI-HC course is an advantage
- Driver's license category B and own car
