About the job

• You ensure a smooth and professional service process and contribute significantly to the feel-good atmosphere of our guests
• You take care of and advise our guests with a warm smile
• You work in breakfast, à la carte, and half-board service (possibly bar duty relief)
• You support the team of service staff and work closely with the kitchen
• You monitor compliance with our high quality and sustainability standards as well as hygiene regulations

• You have already gained professional experience in the service sector
• Passion for first-class service and the ability to pleasantly surprise guests
• Very good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• You are outgoing and love dealing with guests from all over the world
• Resilience, flexibility, and a high degree of independence and initiative
• Good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
