To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified, committed person for our branch in Lucerne

• You process, accompany, and lead projects in the field of municipal civil engineering and urban drainage
• You handle projects from the concept study to construction execution
• With your solid knowledge, you have the opportunity to help shape the civil engineering sector
• You actively support the expansion of interdisciplinary collaboration in the areas of environmental, construction, and wastewater technology
• There is the possibility to take over a motivated team as a department head in the medium term
• You are always available to our customers through professional and partnership-based advice
• Collaboration with our project engineers, site managers, and draftsmen, exchange with colleagues within the entire company
• Supporting the business unit manager in acquisition, training and further education of team members, and quality assurance

• A completed degree as a civil engineer ETH/University/FH, ideally with experience in project management
• Several years of professional experience are required
• Good knowledge of common tools (software programs) for dimensioning as well as the valid Swiss standards (SIA, VSS, VSA, etc.)
• You enjoy working in a team and are willing to take on both technical and entrepreneurial responsibility
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and creativity are the basis of your work
• Interest and motivation to integrate and apply the BIM methodology in project execution
• Confident command of the German language in spoken and written form
