You support us with the following tasks
• Responding to oral and written inquiries from customers and providers
• Handling daily administrative tasks
• Active customer support around insurance
• Preparation of offers, tenders, evaluations/presentations
• Appointment support for mandate managers
• Managing administrative processes in the event of a claim
You convince us with
• A commercial basic education with a federal certificate of competence (broker or insurance), further training
as an insurance intermediary VBV; higher professional training is an advantage
• At least two years of professional experience at a broker or insurance company
• Solid expertise in the corporate client area (property/liability insurance, personal insurance)
• Initiative, independent, efficient as well as careful working style
• Your resilience and flexibility
• Your high commitment and ability to work in a team
• Your proficient handling of MS Office and quick grasp of the system landscape
• Your German language skills in spoken and written form; French is an advantage
