Your task
- support the nursing reference person in process-oriented care and support
- help to expand the specialized offer for psychiatric long-term care
- review care quality processes with structured observation and bedside teaching
- actively participate in direct care
- further develop concepts and work in specialist groups
Our requirements
- a big heart for our residents
- passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
- professional experience as a nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent
- a cheerful, solution-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
