Team Leader Nursing

- Operational management and independent organization of a nursing department with 22 residents
- Organization and assurance of professional nursing and care
- Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team as well as active participation in nursing
- Support of trainees and assistance to HF students
- Implementation of quality guidelines in cooperation with the Nursing & Care Management
- Responsible for patient documentation, conducting BESA/RAI assessments
- Responsible for medication management in the department
- Responsible for material ordering and management throughout the house
- Certified nursing professional HF with work experience
- Leadership experience in a similar position and team leadership training advantageous
- Very good planning and organizational skills, process-oriented thinking
- High independence and commitment to innovations and change processes
- Confident German with strong communication skills and good IT knowledge
