We are looking for a dedicated person as of July 1, 2026, or by agreement for the position of

SPECIALIST BUILDING VALUATION IN INTERNAL SERVICE 80-100%

How you can contribute with us

• Determination of building values at the desktop using technical calculation aids
• Review of construction period insurances regarding the insured sum
• Preparation of the associated valuation documentation and assessment records
• Further development and optimization of calculation tools for determining insurance values
• Personal and telephone advice to customers on insurance matters
• Active participation in further development through project work

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Technical Clerk with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent qualification in the construction or real estate sector
• Technical knowledge of construction and buildings as well as knowledge in the areas of calculation and/or cost estimation; experience in construction management is an advantage
• Proficient use of MS Office applications and high IT affinity
• Team-oriented and customer-focused personality with confident expression and strong communication skills in German
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
