Head of IT 80-100%

As Head of IT, you design and are responsible for the digital infrastructure of our company and ensure a stable, secure, and future-oriented IT landscape. You have open scope for design to effectively connect technology and business. Together with your team, you advise and support the various hospital stakeholders in all matters related to IT and applications.
Thus, you and your team are central pillars for the daily services in favor of
our patients.

• Responsibility for smooth, secure, and economical IT operations at Affoltern Hospital
• Ensuring the interface between departments and IT as well as advising internal stakeholders on suitable IT solutions
• Handling technical inquiries within the scope of 2nd-level support for internal applications
• Recording, prioritizing, and coordinating work packages with internal teams and external partners
• Taking over project management in selected initiatives and actively participating in other projects

• Higher ICT education (HF/FH) or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in operating IT infrastructure of a medium-sized company
• Very good knowledge of Windows Server
• Analytical skills as well as a methodical, structured, and precise way of working
• Targeted communication as well as high customer and team orientation
• Knowledge in the development of .NET applications is an advantage
• Experience in the hospital environment or willingness to quickly familiarize yourself
