YOUR CHALLENGES

• Participation in incoming inspection in the cleanroom using conventional testing equipment
• CMM operator for 3D coordinate measuring technology (application and interpretation of measurement protocols)
• Sampling and documentation of components
• Measuring equipment management
• Measurement with 3D measuring arm
• Assistance in improving critical manufacturing processes
• Teamwork and exchange of experience in measurement and manufacturing technology
• Interpretation of form and position tolerances
• Recognition of measurement strategies and application of the correct measuring instrument

YOUR SKILLS

• Technical training (e.g. polymechanic, machining technician)
• Further training as a CMM metrology technician (e.g. AUKOM, CMTrain)
• Knowledge of form and position tolerances
• Knowledge of SPC, test and monitoring procedures
• Basic knowledge of the requirements of DIN EN / ISO 17025
• Language skills: fluent German, English advantageous
• Teamwork and collaboration with all areas of VAT
