Your profile
- Completed training, ideally as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or in another technical profession (career changers also welcome)
- Experience in production
- Initiative, manual skills, and attentive work
- Willingness to work in shifts (four-day week with free weekends – Sat/Sun or Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon)
- Enjoyment of varied tasks and teamwork
