The Michel Group AG includes the psychiatric institution Privatklinik Meiringen, the rehabilitation clinic Hasliberg, the Helsenberg Foundation with residential homes and sheltered workplaces, as well as the Haslital laundry and the Haslital daycare center, along with service offerings in other areas. It employs a total of around 800 employees at the locations Willigen, Meiringen, Hasliberg, Ringgenberg, Interlaken, Thun, and Bern.
Due to the steadily growing demands on a modern IT infrastructure, we are looking immediately or by arrangement to support the team a system administrator 80 – 100%.
Tasks
- Co-responsibility in the administration and further development of the entire IT infrastructure of the Michel Group, its institutions, and external customers.
- You monitor and maintain clients, servers, and networks as well as their interfaces.
- You work on various IT projects in close collaboration with the team leader and the specialist departments.
- You ensure the smooth and highly available operation of the IT infrastructure together with the IT team.
- You actively support the IT helpdesk, receive requests, solve problems together in the team, or forward them to the responsible department.
- You take over the installation, monitoring, support, and maintenance of clients, servers, and peripheral devices.
- You are co-responsible for the support, administration, and further development of telephony solutions and their interfaces.
Expectations
- Studies or training in the IT field with corresponding professional experience (EFZ, TS, FH)
- Relevant professional experience in Microsoft system and network engineering, virtualization solutions as well as SQL, preferably with a generalist orientation combined with IT project experience
- Team player with a high customer and service orientation as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Motivated and committed personality who also likes to contribute own ideas
- Good methodological knowledge in the areas of project work and 1st and 2nd level support complete your profile
- High sensitivity to IT security
- Basic knowledge in the area of interfaces for medical data (HL7/FHIR) is an advantage
- Open to new technologies and willing to question processes and optimize them if necessary
