For the areas of assembly and service, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded leader who combines operational excellence with groundedness. You ensure that people, deadlines, quality and customer concerns reliably come together – and you sustainably develop your organisation.

Your responsibilities

• You lead, develop and motivate the teams in assembly and service and create a high-performance, committed working environment.
• You are responsible for capacity, deadline and cost-appropriate planning as well as the operational control of assembly and service deployments.
• You ensure first-class execution quality – from assembly preparation through coordination on construction sites to acceptance, defect rectification and service orders.
• You manage internal and external resources, maintain reliable partnerships and ensure smooth collaboration with project management, sales, production and other interfaces.
• You manage your department with meaningful key figures, identify improvement potentials and implement them consistently.
• You further develop processes, standards and the service organisation so that quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction grow sustainably.
• You actively bring the execution perspective into cross-departmental decisions and gradually take on more overall entrepreneurial responsibility.

Your profile

• A technical basic education, for example as a carpenter, joiner, in the construction sector or a comparable field; further technical or business education is an advantage.
• Several years of leadership experience in assembly, service, site management, project execution or a comparable execution-related environment.
• A strong understanding of the requirements on construction sites as well as quality, deadlines, costs and customer relationships.
• Leadership strength with closeness to the team: you communicate clearly, decide pragmatically and consistently implement expectations.
• A structured, resilient and entrepreneurial way of working. You prioritise confidently, keep an overview even with parallel projects and bring topics to an effective conclusion.
• Enjoy recognising existing strengths while actively driving improvements forward.
• Very good German in spoken and written form; additional language skills are welcome.
