Our multidisciplinary Tax & Accounting team provides integrated consulting services in the areas of taxes, accounting, and fiduciary services. We help our clients - from innovative startups to international large corporations - optimize their financial structures and reliably meet regulatory requirements. As a Manager, you take on a key role: You lead projects, develop tailored solutions, and are a trusted contact for our clients. Based in Bern or Zurich, you support our team in developing customized solutions that combine and deepen your expertise in accounting, tax law, and fiduciary services.
How you can make an impact
- Varied daily work with diverse fiduciary aspects and challenges
- Restructurings & ruling requests: Complex tax optimizations and communication with authorities
- Tax compliance & financial statement preparation: Strategic tax planning and accounting
- Due diligence: Financial and tax evaluations in M&A transactions
- International projects with clients from various industries and jurisdictions
- Cross-disciplinary collaboration on projects with colleagues from Transfer Pricing, Legal, Management Consulting, Audit, Tax Technology, and other specialists
- Central role as Manager in contributing to, coordinating, and steering the delivery of high-quality services
- Mentoring and development of junior professionals
- Building and maintaining client relationships

Who we are looking for
- Certified fiduciary expert, certified tax expert, certified public accountant, or equivalent recognized qualification in accounting or tax
- Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services, tax consulting, or audit
- Customer orientation: Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and build client relationships
- Leadership skills: Motivating and developing teams
- Very good German skills and good English skills
- An existing client portfolio with the willingness and potential to integrate it into the Deloitte environment
