Intern in Environmental Science and Engineering (6 months from January 2027) (m/f/d) 80-100%

We are looking for our Environmental Branch in Lausanne (VD), an Intern in Environmental Science and Engineering (6 months from January 2027) (m/f/d) 80-100%.

This internship is exclusively open to persons currently enrolled in university studies.

Your tasks

• Participate in ongoing studies (environmental impact studies, gravel pits, river restoration, noise studies, waste management and site monitoring, etc.) under the supervision of a dynamic and experienced team

• Carry out field surveys, measurements and data collection

• Model using technical software (GIS, 3D acoustics, etc.)

• Contribute to the preparation of reports, plans and maps in the aforementioned fields

The position involves field surveys which may take place early in the morning or late in the day. Availability to carry out these interventions in the Lausanne region is required.

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master student at EPF/HES/UNI in Environmental Science and Engineering currently in training

• Good knowledge of GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) and Office (Excel, etc.)

• Holder of a driving licence

• Dynamic and autonomous personality with a sense of initiative

• Analytical and synthetic mind and ease of writing
