Your tasks

Developing and further developing advisory services on the topics of old-age and risk provision, estate and tax advice, occupational pension schemes, and business succession
Active life-cycle management as well as ensuring smooth operation of the relevant product portfolio (reporting, sales support, continuous quality assurance, training measures, etc.)
Contact point for sales concerns and developing suitable and practical (sales) measures to support their goal achievement
Creating analyses and developing solutions as well as presenting them to specialist and management committees
Proactively shaping and accompanying IT projects
Active stakeholder management and close cooperation with sales, sales management, and other internal partners to promote the penetration and use of advisory services

Your profile

University or university of applied sciences degree in finance, business administration, or a similar field
Several years of sales experience in the pension business, ideally experience in product management and/or experience in leading projects in banking
Strong conceptual and analytical skills, convincing presence with pronounced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High affinity for IT systems and digitalization as well as interest in innovative technologies
High social competence and resilient personality with strong commitment and initiative
Strong communication skills in German
