These are your tasks
- Responsible for controlling and budget monitoring of all investment projects (> 100 million CHF/year), identifying potential budget deviations and developing cost optimization strategies
- Creating investment developments for various major projects in heat transformation with the respective project teams
- Supporting budgeting and credit monitoring in the Holligen site development project
- Continuously further developing investment controlling and the corresponding tools as well as optimizing planning and reporting processes for efficient project management
- Acting as the interface of the finance department between line and external stakeholders
- Regularly reporting to project committees and management on all strategic investment projects
- Acting as an information hub between project management, executive management, specialist departments, and finance
What distinguishes you
- Completed studies in business administration (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on project management or controlling or comparable qualifications
- Very good knowledge of accounting, controlling, and project management
- Several years of professional experience with project controlling of larger infrastructure projects
- Conceptual and analytical skills
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style
- Proficient use of MS Office products as well as SAP and the associated Business Warehouse applications
