Your tasks

During various department assignments throughout your training, you can expect the following tasks:

You support your supervisor in renting apartments as well as creating rental contracts and advertisements
You have frequent telephone contact with prospective tenants, tenants, craftsmen, etc.
You handle various customer concerns
You assist in the preparation and execution of apartment inspections/handovers
You gain comprehensive insight into real estate accounting
You create various correspondence and perform general administrative tasks

Your profile

You have completed secondary level I with good to very good grades
You have good manners and express yourself fluently in spoken and written German
You are interested in the business processes and contexts in the real estate/trust industry
You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and like working in a team
You learn easily and quickly and work reliably
You are an organizational talent and like to take responsibility
You are curious and open to changes
You enjoy applying new technologies and digital tools
