For our Facility Management Team in Allschwil, we are looking for a customer-oriented, dedicated, and reliable person as a Project Manager in the Field of Laboratory Planning, starting immediately or by agreement.
- You are responsible for the conceptual and operational planning and management of new construction, renovation, and refurbishment projects, primarily in the laboratory sector, from design to completion. You ensure an optimal project flow and monitor compliance with all relevant key factors such as deadlines, quality, and costs.
- You create concepts, sketches, presentations, reports, as well as operational planning and variant studies, providing an important decision-making basis while considering operational requirements, technical possibilities, financial resources, and timely implementation.
- You lead and coordinate specialists.
- The responsibility for the structural organization of workflows as well as the conceptual planning of laboratories and support areas is also part of your diverse tasks.
- Training in construction (architect, civil engineer, or comparable)
- Very good MS Office and CAD skills
- At least 5 years of professional experience in laboratory and media planning
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification; training as a safety officer is an advantage
- Fluent German in spoken and written form, negotiation-level French, English is an advantage
- Independent, precise work and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Willingness to be on call
