SRK assistant staff

Certified nursing specialist HF/FH
Your profile
- Assistant staff with SRK course or the motivation to complete it promptly
- Health specialist EFZ or equivalent diploma with Swiss recognition (SRK)
- Nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent diploma with Swiss recognition (SRK)
- Good communication skills in German
- Empathetic personality with understanding of the various facets of aging
Your tasks
- Recording the resources and needs of the residents
- Co-responsibility for a familiar and inviting living and working atmosphere
- Participation in the continuous development of the institution (implementing innovations, attending further training, working in working groups, promoting a constructive error culture)
- Job-specific tasks, carrying out measures and taking responsibility
