Research Associate (80%)

University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, Institute for Human Resource Management and Organization

Your tasks:

Your work includes many exciting activities in a dynamic environment:

You collaborate in application-oriented research projects in the fields of Human Resources Management and Organization with a special focus on digitalization and sustainability

You transfer research results into practice and prepare scientific publications

You support the acquisition of third-party funding and partners

You assist with further project work in continuing education/teaching, as well as at the institute level (such as student support, teaching assistance, and communication)

The position is initially limited to 3 years.

Your profile:

You are a customer-oriented and reliable personality with entrepreneurial thinking and also bring the following:

Master's degree (Uni/ETH/FH) in Management or Social Sciences, Business Administration, or Work and Organizational Psychology
In-depth knowledge in one of the above-mentioned fields, documented by the academic thesis or first publications
Very good knowledge of social research methods
Experience in collaboration with practical partners is desirable
Fluent English in spoken and written form
