We are a modern police corps, with 85 employees ensuring safety and order. The service department Operations and Leadership within the Special Services department is the central point for emergencies and operations in the canton of Glarus, in collaboration with the cantonal emergency call center.

For the new cantonal emergency call center, we are looking for a

Operations Manager/Service Specialist Operations and Leadership 100 %

immediately or by agreement, based in Glarus.

Tasks

Alerts and summons supported by special applications
Operating the technical facilities of the cantonal emergency call center
Administrative processing
Working in day and shift service

Requirements

Federal diploma as a police officer, SPI certificate
Preferably several years of professional experience
Integrity, service-oriented, and motivated personality with high social competence
Impeccable character and reputation
