What to expect:
- Leadership and supervision of the largest ready-mix concrete plant and market in Holcim Switzerland's portfolio with an annual production of >200,000 m3 to ensure efficient production, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Management and optimization of the fleet operation for >25 mixer trucks, including maintenance, planning, and driver performance
- Leadership, support, and development of managers and employees to achieve company goals
- Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring financial performance, cost control, and increasing profitability in all operational areas
- Collaboration with sales to support customer relationships and ensure timely service delivery
- Implementation of standardized best practices in production, maintenance, and quality control
- Execution of strategic plans for capacities, equipment, personnel, and growth
What you bring:
- Higher economic or technical education
- At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in the ready-mix concrete industry
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position
- Proven success in restructuring companies, with strong customer and employee retention
- Solid financial knowledge with experience in managing budgets, costs, and profit and loss accounts
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, logistics compliance, and quality standards
- Ability to manage change, implement process improvements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Growth-oriented thinking
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
