To strengthen our Customer Service team in Sennwald, we are looking for a

TENDER AND PROJECT MANAGER - CUSTOMER SERVICE (100%)

Your main tasks include:

• Analysis and processing of tender documents
• Development of specific customer offers and portfolios
• Recording and preparation of customer inquiries and offers
• Communication with customers, both oral and written
• Consulting customers and sales partners
• Project coordination before and during the implementation phase
• Recording orders, creating invoices, delivery documents, etc.
• Management of product positions and price inquiries
• Close communication with internal and external contacts

Ideally, you bring:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ); further training is an advantage
• Several years of experience in internal sales and/or processing and evaluation of public tenders
• Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
• Industry experience is an advantage
• Quick comprehension and customer-oriented action
• Solution-oriented working method
• Resilience, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
