To strengthen our backoffice team in the Boiler Inspectorate of SVTI in Wallisellen, we are looking for a backoffice clerk 80-100% immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Preparation of offers, post-calculation of orders as well as their billing
- Planning, scheduling and coordination of our employees in field operations
- Independent order processing in SAP, including material management, orders, document management, creation of evaluations
- Organization of appointments, travel, meetings and events
- Responding to customer inquiries, preparing and sending reports and protocols
- Administrative support of the KIS backoffice management as well as the Advanced NDT management
Your profile
- Commercial basic education EFZ or equivalent; at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Confident in scheduling and order processing
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as very good knowledge of Italian or English, ideally also French
- Very good MS Office user skills and proficient in the use of SAP
- Independent, precise and responsible working style
- Strong communication skills, service-oriented and implementation-strong

Purpose
As a private law, independent and non-profit association with around 8,000 members, SVTI performs official and private tasks on behalf of the federal government and the cantons. The purpose of SVTI is to prevent accidents, disruptions and damage and to eliminate hazards in the manufacture and operation of technical systems of all kinds.
Activities
The main activities of SVTI include the monitoring of technical systems and devices such as pipelines and pipelines, installations in power plants and pressure vessels, as well as market surveillance of elevators and pressure equipment.
Structure
SVTI consists of the departments Boiler Inspectorate, Federal Pipeline Inspectorate, Nuclear Inspectorate, Federal Inspectorate for Elevators and Market Surveillance of Pressure Equipment.
